Did you use the shbox method for the replacement? (Drilling holes in the door panel.) Or did you move the regulator in the process?

Is the gap inside or outside? Does it close up when you close the door?

I can only think of two ways this could happen:
- You put the regulator back in the wrong holes in the door.
- You moved the adjustment of the short roller track that bolts to the inside of the door.

maybe the second option gonna take it apart tomorrow if it doesn't rain BTW there's no way to adjust the door itself right? if i could move it just a bit i'm sure it would seal!

Yea, you have to take the panel off. That short inner channel (If I recall correctly, its attached with two bolts.) controls the level of the window as it goes up. Adjust it one way and the rear of the window will lower relative to the front and adjust it the other way and the opposite happens.
