Default asr off light stuck on

few days ago asr off light would come on and could not turn it back off. with the asr off light on, the car would still act like it was on. only no low trac light and no corresponding pedal kicking back up. just seems like the car is in limp mode or something. you floor it and it goes straight to od it seems like. also disconnected battery to turn off service eng soon light. now its idles at like 1100
