Default Clutch pedal switch wiring shorted out!!. While trying to install msd 2 step......

WELL I HONESTLY THINK I DID THE MOST STUPID MISTAKE I HAVE EVER DONE IN MY LIFE, I JUST RECIEVED MY MSD 2 STEP MODULE AND I TRIED EVERYTHING TO HOOK IT UP IT SEEMED SO SIMPLE BUT NOTHING WORKED SO I READ IN A FORUM TO MESS WITH THE WIRING ON THE SWITCH AND LIKE A ******* IDIOT I CONNECTED WITH GROUND FOR A SECOND AND SHORTED OUT THE WIRE IM ASSUMING BECAUSE MY CAR WILL NOT START NO LONGER PLEASE ANY INFO AND TIPS HELP ETC WILL BE VERY GRATEFULL PLEEEEAAAASE !!!!

if you had a short, you likely have a popped fuse, check em.

Well i tried every fuse and they are all good im wondering whats on the other side of those 2 wires

Try the MSD Tech Support Forum http://www.msdignition.com/forum/ or call their tech support line 915-855-7123. That's what their there for, your probably not the first person that's every had this issue.

hey man it was a freaking fuse i cant blieve it lol thanks for the help..ive been working on cars since i was 15 i feel a shamed

Don't be, it's really easy to overlook a blown fuse because you'll be frantic and distracted.
