Question 2000 Camaro not running properly. Please help

I have a 2000 Camaro SS automatic and it seems like it is not running properly. Check engine light came on and gave me this code: P0410 Secondary Air Injection System. The repair shop replaced the Air pump and air pump valves and the engine code never came back on ever since but my car does not feel like it is running smoothly. It feels like something is holding the power back and the engine is working way to hard on itself to gain acceleration. My gas milage sucks right now but was fine before I got the check engine light. For example, on the freeway I would step on the gas to down swift to 3rd gear and as it would down shift it will shift back up to 4th gear immediately. Not sure if it is my timing, catalytic converter or not enough air going through the engine or something.
Please help. Thank you

What are your mods, have you had it tuned before or after?

No mods, just exhaust. Pretty much all stock right now.
Any suggestions?

Since there was no check engine light that came on, should I purchase a new tps?
