Default Help! I have a vibration

So here is what I have.
2000 camaro 6 speed
new clutch
new drive shaft
new Dana S60 rear with detroit true track
new BMR non adjustable control arms with relocation brackets
new BMR adjustable Torque Arm
stock panhard set-up
stock sway bar set-up
stock shocks and springs
Brand new stock brakes (rotors and pads)

The pinion angle is set at -1 1/2 degrees. I get a vibrations that is in the driver seat that starts around 60mph and gets worse the faster that you go. I also have a wobble when I am rolling in first gear and punch it. Wheels and tires were balanced again and they are perfect. When looking at the back of the car it appears that the rear end is shifted slightly to the left maybe 1/4" to a 1/2" at max. The rear shift varries each time is parked may be worse at times. My rear dif cover hits the top bar in the panhard set-up and has bent it a little. Any help would be wonderful.

you most likely need an adjustable panhard for that rear. also, you might try to readjust the torque are, although I think this is mostly your issue. https://ls1tech.com/forums/suspension-brakes/509578-torque-arm-question.html

As you can see I have not been happy with mine.
