Yep, go to Autozone and pick one up. They list for $55 here and if it ever fails you get a new one for free. I replaced my driver's side with one and it's way faster than the stocker ever was and is still going strong 1.5 yrs later.

Have fun replacing it I just replaced my driver side one in my 2000 T/A and holy crap I thought oh just a few bolts maybe right.....wrong....I had to drill and punch out the old rivets and I used bolts to put it back in place so if it goes again down the road it will be a little easier to change, oh and I had to take out the whole assembly inside the door, wasn't a pleasant experience.

Don't be intimidated. Its easy, not much tougher than changing your oil. Drilling out rivits is not scary.

Best way to do it is here

Quite simple really.

I almost always go to O'reilly myself. The people at autozone are always so clueless.

I just hate the fact that at Autozone, you have to wait in 1 line to get your parts and a second line to pay for them.
