Default Vibration after LT header install.

How many people have gotten a vibration after they have installed pacesetter long tubes? I know it is the exhaust, if you rev the car out of gear and as it comes down thru the RPMs around 2600rpm Im getting the vibration. Any one?

I've checked and Its not hitting the car. I have poly mounts, but didnt think it would be that bad. Since I had mac-mids on the car before the LTs. The only hangers on the exhaust are at the rear in the stock mounts.

one of the passenger side primaries on my headers were touching the motor mount clamshell i finally took the clamshell out and took a grinder after it and now no more vibrations

another thing to check is on my car the y-pipes gets very close to the torque arm near where it mounts to the transmission

another area which has already been said is of course the tunnel brace although i wouldn't recommend removing it as it does serve a purpose

on some cars with pacesetters i have seen the primaries before they merge into the collector get very close to the heat shielding on the passenger side

Thanks guys. I have a UMI tunnel mount TA and the y-pipe clears it. The heat shield was taken off with the mids. And I have plenty of room between the motor mounts. So im just lost. Like I said the exhaust is only hanging from the headers and the back exhaust hangers, Would that make any difference?

my intermediate pipe vibrates off the tunnel at low rpms! damn annoying, you can just about get your fingers between the pipe & the tunnel, i'll pull the whole thing out and start from scratch when i've got some time
