Car cranks, wont start.
This has been going on off and on for a couple week. Now it just will not start at all. It will crank but not fire, fuel pump is kicking on everything seems normal. Any suggestions?

I had a sim problem the other day, thought car ran out of gas but it didn't.
Car would crank but would not start, fuel pump was priming and had plenty on fuel getting to the rail.....
You can try and look for a yellow with black stripe wire that comes off the PCM to the stater then to the coils, it'll be in about a 1inch thick loom with heat wrap running on the passenger side of the car between the frame and the header/manifold.
Mine some how ended up touching the header and melting the loom and completely fired the wire, cut out the bad section and spliced in a new piece and made sure it was well out of the way of the header and after that it cranked right up
hope it helps
