Default small dent in exhaust will it cause problems?

I was looking at my brothers L98 with has after market headers, (headman I believe) and I noticed that there is a dent right were the picture below shows

The dent is about the size of a nickel in diameter and the deepest part of the dent is about 4mm deep

will there be any major flow restrictions or problems because of this?

I know that the headers below are not related, I just googled a picture to give you guys an idea where the dent was.

Isn't the dent there by design? There's not enough clearance for a socket otherwise. I've seen those indentations before.

Still wondering though, are you sure that dent isn't there for socket clearance? Let me ask once more, if the dent wasn't there, would you be able to get a socket on the bolt head?
