Question Is this normal? Low RPM "chugging"

Well I have an M6, when I'm cruising below 2k RPM or so and press the gas like 3/4 or more/floor it, it like chugs and misses until it gets above 2k or so... and I don't know if this is normal because the RPM's are so low, or if I have a slight miss or something going on here.. ?

But if I ease the gas it drives smoothly. I'll be cruising at ~60-65 with the cruise on and go up a steep hill, so the cruise will accelerate to stay at speed and it will do the same thing at the low RPM's...

So M6 guys when you're <2K and floor it does it keep going smooth or do what I'm describing?

My car does this. It's an auto. It chugs along at like 1400-1800rpms when I'm lightly pressing the throttle.

My car does it every once in a while. I seafoamed it and cleaned the MAF and haven't had a problem since. I also had a loose spark plug though that may have been causing it.

When I bought the car with 78k miles, it still had the original plugs & wires, an obvious misfire, and code P0300. One of the plugs was green on top and the wire was rusty. I put new plugs & wires on it, including the coil wire. That took care of the misfire and the code. But it still has always done what I'm describing...
