I was raised on Mobil 1. My family has used it in everything from our go-cart, lawn mowers, motorcycles, and everyones cars. Never had one motor issue from any of them. There is no oil consuption in any vehicle. The oils are changed on a regular basis. The lawn mower is ten years old. Go-cart is aleast 13yrs old, and the cars range in miles and in age. My dad and I tore into the motorcycles motor, this weekend. We removed the vavle cover to have it re clear coated it had turned yellow with time. The upper vlave train looked brand new like the day it was assembled. I have never used a nother brand of oil, but from the running record with Mobil one in my family I don't think I will change. That is why I use Mobil One

AMSOIL or Mobil 1 Extended Performance for me with a K&N oil filter. Changed every 3,000 miles.

I use Royal purple and I love it, I was using Mobile 1 and did the switch to RP and il never go back. Its kinda expensive but i think its worth it, so Royal Purple 5W30 and a K&N oil filter for me.

Less noise coming from under the hood, a little better oil pressure but most of all just feels alot smoother. But on the other hand ive heard people bash RP so it may be all in my head but thats just fine with me.
