Yeah sometimes it does and sometimes it doesnt. First check the buttons, push the button hard to see if the window goes up or down if it does then the switch is bad if it doesnt then its the motor. Some ppl say the motor needs to be lube thats why it doesnt give u any signs but if your in there mit as well put a new motor and not have to mess with it again.

99.9% sure your switch and module are fine. (Especially with the time/use/mileage on your car.)
Dirt and corrosion are demons that plague the stock design of the window motors and would be consistent with the intermittent behavior and low mileage/use on your car. The motor is dying. Its only a matter of time before it goes all together... The nice thing is that if you get a new one from an auto parts store, you can get a lifetime warranty and will be covered for all the future failures of the part.
Suggest you try searching the posts on this site a bit more for corrosion/window/mallet etc. There is a member who swears by a method where he whacks the inner panel with a rubber mallet. Says that this knocks the corrosion loose in the motor and gets it back in working order. For your specific situation, this may be worth a try? (It could buy you some time before you have to do the inevitable motor change.)
