Default low voltage problem

The other day my voltage gage started reading in the red almost. So i took the car, its a 95 z28, to advance auto and they checked everything and the battery was good and the charging system output was normal. It did say my starter amp draw is low with ok starter voltage. It said to check starter circuit for loose , worn or corroded wiring. What wires should i check.

Get measurements with a multi meter.

Start from the battery and try to work your way out through the wires.

Where you bolt the power wire from the battery to the alt. seems like it's loose on the inside, i have the bolt tight, is it soposed to be that way.

I have the same problem on my 99 I've been chasing it for 2 years. I think it maybe the ground on the rear of the drivers head. I can't remember on an LT1 where those are...
