Strange...
Ok so i have been running lt's and ory for a little over a month now and as i was driving down to school it started chugging whenever i would barely put the accelerator down, does this in all gears until i get out of the 1k-2k rpm range. I havent gotten a tune yet so is that why it's doing this? Also when i was driving down when i refilled up for gas my service light started blinking and my car started acting funny, it did this for maybe 6 min than it went away . Anyone know what the problem may be?

I'm just going out on a limb here I could be totally wrong(if I am I'm sure someone will bash on me) but I've heard when the service engine light blinks that its a miss fire and that would sort of go hand in hand with that chugging if it was miss fireing and if that was the case.....spark plugs, wires ETC.

Did you remove the O2 sensors when you put the ORY on? I believe they need to be tuned out when removed. And yes as stated above, a flashing SES is usually random multiple misfires.

So if you fill the gas all the way it missfires but if it isnt all the way full it doesnt?
My first car was a pos and did this thing once where it wouldnt go faster then like 5 mph without missfiring and dying. This was after I did plugs and wires and all that stuff. Someone told me to replace the fuel cap bc it has a vent in it. That fixed my problem.

Leaking gas-cap/EVAP would throw a code, and the SES light would be on solid.
If you (or your mom) put 89 octane in it, and that's causing the problem (doubt it though. The ECM should do a fall-back to the low-octane tables), you could use an octane booster to get it up to 93 octane.
When your mom filled the car (or when you do it), did she/you top off the tank?
You shouldn't top off the tank on newer cars. There's a charcoal filter that you'll saturate with fuel if you top them off, and that'll cause you not being able to fill the tank completely.
