Whats yalls average oil pressure

Whats yalls average oil pressure I just put my heads on the car and i am in the process of getting it tuned, i now have it to where it will stay running and possably drivable i havent tried yet cause im having to bleed the air from the coolant system. Turns out thats a slow process with the TB bypass mod done.
Either way my question is that now i have the heads on it seems to be having low oil pressure to me anyway, i cant really remember but i thought before it was higher. It is running at idle right on the line between 0 and 40 which i am taking as 20, is this normal cause i dont think so. When i rev it even slightly it kicks up just fine.

just broke the Oil pressure sending unit though taking the intake off again

See i was thinking that it is running or at least showing low, i dont want to risk driving it like that but Nimitz87 posted that he broke his sending unit when taking off his intake could i have done this?
Also i dont think it matters with oil pressure but i have my PCV system obliterated right now with a few vacuum lines(not sure if they actually are) uncapped. I left the lines on the back of the intake uncapped not thinking about it and could this be causing a problem?

Looks like mine is a little low, too...
Lingenfelter "GM High Flow" Oil pump...
55-60 Cold Idle
25-30 Hot Idle
~40 during normal cruising
Now I'm a little worried.
