Custom is the way to go for the best possible flow. But the HP difference between them all is pretty small.
If you get a pre-made Y (Hooker, Pacesetter, etc) make sure to get a high velocity 3in Flowmaster collector. Worth every penny.
BTW, this belongs in the EXTERNAL section. Moving it now for you

i just finished installing my pacesetters LTs and their ORY.
i was going to do the poly motor mounts but that looked like a lotta work so i said **** it. after driving it around, i probably shoulda. the y hits the floor a little bit.
but my biggest complaint is the rasp. its embarassing. the headers sound amazing with the cutout open but wow i gotta get the merge fabbed in.

#1 would be the ARH ypipe, specifically the merge they have. I know the QTP ypipe has the flowmaster merge, but being 4", it's tough to get it to fit properly without hitting the torque arm or without giving up massive amounts of ground clearance.
#2 would be the Kooks ypipe as they have the merge pretty clean and they flow together well.
I think that LPP redid their ypipe as well and worked on smoothing out the merge as much as possible.

its not that the fitment of the headers suck or peformance, it was just that mine rusted 1 or 2 months after i had them and they were ceramic coated..now they are 8 months old and look like pure ****.. some people dont have this problem though..
