i know what you mean. im also gonna be itchin to start it up and drive it around a little bit before i put the y-pipe on. i know i have my cutout but open headers is something else

but i didnt mine with an ms4 cam.. so thats a little different.. it was RIDICULOUS!!!!!

they look pretty now, but wait until they are blood stained from your hands and arms about 3/4 of the way installed . jk. congrats. have fun and good luck

haha I have dual manual cutouts on mine about 1.5 ft behind the collectors, sounds like open headers with them uncapped

it was definitely beautiful to hear...of course after not driving my car since June damn near anything would have sounded nice as long as it was moving

nice!! they look good man. good thing ur gonna do the motor mounts cuz this y pipe tucks up under there pretty damm well, u will get more clearance then stock. let me know if u need a hand

ya i agree i am happy with the clearance i have. I would say its just as good as stock or better.

yea thats why motor mounts are a must, i was really happy when i got mine too i had to mallet in the y pipe on to my stock I pipe, that was the only difficult part, and those retarded u bolt clamps are still slapping my floor pan i have to put my band clamps on

im using the stock catback with a dmh cutout before the muffler

ya i went with band clamps from the get go. I just threw the u bolts out. I had a little trouble with my y-pipe and i pipe too bout i got it.

ohh btw did anybody bother grinding the merge on the y pipe? that was the only flaw with pacesetters y pipe, the metal sticks out like 1 inch into the merge and is like a total obstruction, some people say that is what brings the rasp. i was able to grind it completely perfect with a air grinder and a long extension.
