i would check your fan operation and make sure they are coming on. if not find out why or just hardwire them to a switch so u can run the,m when u want. also its possible you have air in your cooling system and need to bleed it.

I have checked the fans and they are working fine. I have also checked the bleeding and there was no air inside the radiator

If there was a low voltage for the water, it will effect the heat ??? because the relay is some cheap quality and will replace it tomorrow. My friend says its from the relay. My heat with the old water pump was around 80 to 84c and not it from 90 to 94c.

If your not getting enough voltage the pump isnt pumping how it should be which could cause it to overheat.
