Default Anyone have any problems with SLP Longtubes?

Am thinking of going with SLP Longtubes, cats and ypipe to go along with my Loudmouth. Anyone have this setup? My car is not lowered so that longtubes shouldnt be a clearance issue right?

They still hang low (enough to go diagonally over speed bumps). Check out all the options out there. ------->

Have fun.

QTP Longtubes are made of stainless steel like SLPs, but they tuck up close, yield more power and cost less. And BTW, your Loudmouth without cats will be real loud; I'm trying it though! I'll probably put a real muffler on it after a few days.

Mine have been on a year or so...no problems as of yet except for ground clearance. My car is lowered about an inch. Speed bumps are a royal PITA!

I'm going to try the "NO CATS + LOUDMOUTH" route as well... I will probably end up going with high flow cats so i don't get harassed come inspection time...

Heed what's been said about ground clearance - I cringe everytime I see a speedbump...

My only real complaint is that the coating started coming off near the collectors on each side. From what I've read, I'm not alone in this department.

I heard SLP's were a PITA to install..also the clearance issues. I have kooks and they tuck up really tight. I also have their Y-pipe and cats matched to the Loud Mouth. its insanely loud...JMO

I have SLP LT's. The fit and finish was perfect. I'am running them with the Loudmouth with no cats. Straight through! hahaa It's very loud, to the point where it hurts your ears at WOT. Ground clearance is tight and I have the Eibach pro kit. But its not that bad as you think. Just have to be careful where you go. Seat of the pants feel was awesome. I have yet to dyno though. Next mod is hearing aids.
