Default getting an electric cutout... just got a few questions

bought my 02 ws6 and it had stock exhaust with an 80 series flowmaster... so of course the first thing i did was take that pos off and replaced it with a hooker aerochamber... looove the tone, flows excellent... its just not loud enough sometimes... so i'm getting an electric cutout and i got a few questions.
(i used the search i just wanted to ask some questions myself)

qtp or dmh?
it's the stock I pipe so get a 3" cutout?
wheres the best place in the I pipe to weld it in?
wheres the cheapest place to buy one? (i was looking at ws6store)

I've heard less bad things about DMH.
best clearance and fitment is behind the passenger seat.
Dunno about cheapest. They most likely are all around the same price.

I'd go with the DMH just because of the 4 year warranty, but I think you'll hear arguments for both DMH and QTP. Yes go with the 3" cutout on the stock exhaust. Best place to weld it is on the I pipe under the rear passenger seat. Not sure who the cheapest is, but I've had nothing but positive experience with WS6store (I bought my cutout through them, not electric though). Here is a pic to see where the cutout goes.

The QTP/DMH thing has been debated many of times. WS6Store and Maryland Speed are good placed to buy from. Most people place them on the I-pipe near the rear passenger seat

What can i expect to pay to have the C/O welded into my I-Pipe (they had to weld the I-Pipe into my muffler b/c they clamp didn't fit and they didn't have one)? What is a fair price?

Also, that y-pipe hanger that is supposed to elmininate the banging issue; is that any good? Does it work? My SLP y-pipe (non headers) hits the floor when I floor it. lol
