Default Progress Update Pictures

Here's a few pictures of the 383 stroker project. The coil relocation mod was done with the engine out of the car. You can see from the pictures that I figured a little too close. It looks like I'll be able to clear the valve covers just by unbolting the coil packs, rotating them 180*, and bolt 'em back up. I'm really happy so far with the ride height the 1" lowering springs provided. Still lots of little stuff to do, but the 4th of July weekend is looking good for a "done" date. I'll be taking the car to Redline Motorsports for the dyno tune.

Looks awesome man, those valve covers are sick looking.

Good luck on finishing it up!

".......those valve covers are sick looking."

Thanks. Nate's (Nasty Performance) the man!

Hopefully, all the "hard stuff" is behind me now. All that's left to do is torque arm and drive shaft installation, powder coat the brake calipers, and finish bolting on accessories.

Thanks. How do you like the drive-on lift?

Nice maybe we can see the thing on the road this season. You have been in the garage since 2006 or 2007. Did you switch to a solid roller camshaft to warrant the $1500 rocker arms? Maybe you should drop Firehawk853 a line for a tune. It would save you a 4+ hour ride with an untuned car
