If so did you have any major problems or notice any different noises coming from under the hood? I am problably just paranoid about my install. I guess I should take it to a shop to have them look over my work.

Be more specific about the noises. Is it a chirping noise, somewhat high pitched or other? Could just be the belt you're using.
As long as you TQ'd the crank pulley to 250 FT lbs with the OLD bolt, and then TQ the new bolt to 40 Ft lb with red loctite, or somewhere close you should be fine.

I followed your instructions roughly but used the old bolt. The noise is really subtle. I can just barely pick it up but I never noticed it before. I torqed the bolt down till it would not turn anymore I think I will get a torque wrench this weekend and do it again just to be sure.

Yes, make sure that pulley is TQ to at LEAST 230 ft lbs. I put mine to 250. Also, a new bolt is important. These bolts stretch, and after one time they are trash.
However, unless that pulley just isn't seated, I don't think thats your problem. Crank the car and get up under it while it's running. Watch the crank pulley and see if it spins smooth, or somewhat wobbles. If it's wobbling, FIX IT QUICK. Your harmonics are off, more than likely causing your problem, and will eventually trash your rod bearings.

What they said watch it to see if its wobbling and make sure you get the 230 - 250 ft lbs. This is alot of torque and I had to acutally use a cheater bar to get it to 230 ft lbs. I gave up after this cause the car was lurching forward at me
