The difference is the door bars when most people refer to 4 or 6 point. 4 point has no door bars and is not a legal NHRA setup. 5 - point has a drivers door bar and is a legal setup. 6 point has driver and passenger door bars. Most people like the 6 for stiffening the chasis and maintaining a uniform appearance. And to make your date hop over it into your race car...cause lets face it...if you need a rollbar, it should be in the mid 11's. Or in the mid 13's and realllll safe. heh.
Go to wolfe's website and look at the pics, that's how i learned. A pic is worth a 1000 words, that's what my peers above meant to say in so many words.

You guys use the back seats? The only thing i've ever had back there was my gun, my helmet, or my girlfriend (I told her to be good! She didn't listen!) (Just kidding) (Ok I'm not).
I figured most people would remove the rear seats when they get a cage to offset the weight increase. They're about the same weight right? Give or take.

Not even close. My cage weighs just under 100lbs. The rear seat cushions barely weigh a couple pounds a piece and the seat back can't weigh but 20lbs. I kept the rear seats because I didn't want to gut my pretty street car.....that mentality got me a car that weighs 3900lbs with me in it though. Ah well, that's what the nitrous is for.
