Default Darn long tubes rattleing

Man guys soon as I put my car in drive and hold the brake these LTs seem to be louder then there tone and under very light throttle they go away but at idle, there loud again how can I shut them up???

Fit it with a silencer seriously though you haven't said what they're doing. Are they slip jointed, knocking on something at idle or ?

Your long tubes are touching something. When you accelerate the torque lifts it enough up that it stops touching and therefore not rattling. Look in there see where its touching something. My friend has the same problem.

How many miles does your car have on it and, pending your answer, have you ever changed your motor mounts?

Are they an older header whose design flaws would cause it to contact the body at some point?

My cars a 98 with 85k on the motor, there the pacesetter long tubes I had them welded to my x pipe so there's no clamps, my problem is I can't fit under it without jackin it up so it's hard to see where it's come from

x2 on mounts if you haven't done so yet...though from what i hear, it's gonna be a Mega-bitch since you have headers on already. I did mine during header install.
