stock cam? a4/m6?
i'de say stock cam, bolt ons, m6, stock 243's would be about 350-360 rwhp. an ls6 intake would help. and the second you drop a cam in it you will see 400+.

cool, yeah you will love the extra hp. your car will feel so much more alive at high rpm especially with the lightweight vavles. good luck with your project!
btw you plan on getting a dyno tune?

Save up and do a cam swap at the same time along with a new timing chain, valve springs etc etc. You could pull good #'s with just a cam only as well. With my stock unported 241's, 226/230 EPS cam and bolt ons, I put down 400rwh 382rwt. If you do go with 243 heads send them to AI. Their 243 heads are putting out ridiculous numbers. I'm doing a set of those and a ported Fast 90 this next summer.

A cam
It's ALWAYS a good idea to do oil pump & timing chain at the same time. Why tear into it and only do a half-assed job, only to possibly have to tear right back into it next month?
Your cam selection (lift) will dictate spring selection, as well as pushrods (length).
