Default 402 hp and tq falls of at 6000rpm

I have a ls2 strocked 402 in my camaro, had it dynoed this summer and made 457rwhp and 442tq, i was comparing my dyno sheet with others on this site and noticed that my numbers falls like a rock after 6000rpm , my combo is 10.6c/r, patriot stage 3 heads, 236-242 dur. 112deg. .650 lift with my 1.85 rockers, paceseters long tubes, ls6 intake(my budget at the time wouldn't alow upgrade) and ported stock t/b and 85mm truck maf and etc..., do you's think that the intake system is holding me back that mutch. hp is 457 and 400tq at 6000rpm and at 6500rpm it's alredy down to 400hp and 320tq, i am installing true the winter a fast 102 intake and t/b, fuel rail, 100mm maf and 104 lid. or is the cam or heads the probleme?

Id say valve float but your springs can take it. Your intake is choking the motor so that may be it

my tuner has not been able to get rid of a surging and bucking at low rpm(1600-2300) but seems to run good under trottle.
