Default true duals I built....

I just finished this up and am going to have someone else build the over axle pieces. I used pieces of a old TSP Y-Pipe and the x-pipe came off my friends 2010 srt8 challenger factory exhaust(as did some of the piping as well)- it was not a real x-pipe so i split it with my plasma cutter and made it one since it fit nicely in the crossmember. I putting mufflers at the rear before the tips and can not decide for the life of me what i want back there. My car is cammed and i have spent days on youtube /ls1sounds etc trying to decide. I dont like the sound of flowmasters (no offense intended to anyone-have thought about 1 chambers) I want decently loud but not drive you nuts cant stand to drive it for two hours loud. (im LT's/no cats)

I just think the sweet thunders sound so good on our cars,I know everyone has there own opinion but they just flat out sound great on our cars, your setup looks like it will have good clearance, are you going over the axle, under,or dumped,I really want duals but I would have to go over the axle, and I have a cme going on so dumps is out of the picture

Nice! I have one of those crossovers from the sRT8 Challengers in my closet lol. I did the same thing you did, and cut the center out and welded it back up. Good work.

well I really dont know....Everything you see in the pics is either my old TSP y-pipe or parts of a srt-8 challenger and some 3 bolt collectors I bought from a muffler shop for 5 bucks. I cut and welded everything myself so I have no idea what it would cost for someone to build this.

MAn looks real nice. Looks like you'll have some awesome clearance too. My vote is for spiral flows from moroso. They sound great on my td setup. Litterly about every other day I get a compliment on my exhaust. Stop lights, stores, gas stations. They sound like sex with td's and a healthy cam.
