Plug, I used one from Lowe's (hardware aisle small-parts
drawers). Called "chassis plugs" in electronics. I forget
the diameter. I used one "close enough" with some black
weatherstrip cement to seal it.

I just went to autozone and bought a master cylinder plug for a chrysler, its in one of the isles with replacement parts from old school manual door handles, air line connectors, replacement light bulb harnesses, etc.

Home Depot, in the electric department, had "knockout plugs." I used a 1/2". The opening in the airbox had to be trimmed very slightly to make it fit, but it fit flush, securely and airtight. It was less than a dollar for a bag of 3.
