What sparkplug do you guys recommend for a 2000 z28 m6 with a heads and cam package. I have had champion 401's suggested, are they any good?

All of these are heat range 6.

For a regular plug, NGK TR6 (stk#3689) $2.89 .
For a Iridium, NGK LZTR6AIX-13 (stk#2315) $8.48 .
For Long Life Iridium, NGK ITR6F-13 (stk#4477) $12.06 .

pm sent.
