Cool LS1 WS6 Folks...I need your help!

I am looking into putting a Z06 Mass air flow sensor into my 2000 WS6. My question is: Any of you guys that may have done this, what kind of hose did you use between the Throttle body and MAF? I've looked and tried using different things but with the ram-air box it seems to need a slight bend in it. Can anyone help me out? Maybe a sponsor offers a connection for this application....? Thanks in advance!

I used a coupler from home depot and cut it in half. One side from the lid to the maf and from the maf to the throttle body.

If i'm not mistaken, the maf you're referring to is the delphi 85mm unit and all it requires is a pigtail connector.

you are mistaken, he needs the silicone air tube not a wire harness.

this is what you want with a 85mm MAF:

the 22 degree bend is perfect. what size TB do you have? I have a 92mm.

Grassyass! I have a stock ported TB. I do know I need the adapter harness also. 3 pin to 5 pin plus IAT.

The iat is built into the maf. That's why it's a 5 pin. Mines the same way

yep the IAT is built into the 85mm MAF. you will need to re-tune after installing it.

since you have a stock TB, i would see if they have the same tube but in a 4" to 3.75", i think a 4" on a stock sized 78mm tb would be too big and not seal up well.

It's a 3 inch. That's the inlet you need.
