How did you wire your cutout?
ok so i am trying to decide where to get the wires from the cutout right after the y-pipe to inside the cab. does anyone have pics of how they wired theirs, and where you plumed the wires into the cab? i would prefere not to drill a hole but if it has to be done, then so be it.
i have a QTP cutout with the stock toggle switch and the light on the tip.

FOUND IT! it is in a great spot. now the next question
i have my switch in the ashtray area, where did you guys tap in for power and ground with out having to run it strait to the battery? i would like it on switched power so it is only available when the car is on.

i was thinking about this as well, with the convert top button as i am aware it has been done before. for right now i taped in to the cigarette lighter, but i dont like the power from there as it is constant power and the little light on the switch stays illuminated. but if i went with the vert top button then it would be stealth and clean! no light either.

I ran mine through the drain plug under the passenger seat and it comes out like 2 inches from the cutout...perfect. I also put my toggle switch in the ash tray. I used the ground from the cig lighter and hot from my old stereo harness.

hey Jarhead (lol, jarhead) why did you cut your tail pipes and make turndowns right before the bend? i think T/A's look way better with tail pipes and camaros look better with out. just curious, not criticizing. i used the passenger back seat grommet. great little spot. which wire of the stereo is switched power and which one is constant?

to be honest i totally agree with the pipe comment. I have been a mustang guy forever thats prob why i did the turn down.....jk. I had straight pipes before and it sounded like ****. I would like to find a cheap borla or corsa CB...then I may put tips back on.
For the wire I just got a test light and tested which one was live with the key on.
