Default ok, what did I break?

Attempting an LS6 intake swap on my 99 z28, which was going fine bar getting the 4 rear bolts out ARRRGGH!! Especially the one near the trans dipstick.

Anyhow something (brake servo vacuum line maybe) seems to have got caught when removing the manifold and I've bust something.

Is it maybe an oil pressure switch/sender? If so does anyone know the part the number, if it's not - what is it?

Anyone got any ideas how to get the rest of it out?

it will mostly break again...buy the oil pressure sending unit socket* and use it to secure it in place and protect it while reinstalling the intake. use zip ties or any rubber to hold the rear bolts if you are working alone it will make it easier.and take your time.

To install the intake with the rear bolts in the intake you need to get some 1/4in vac line and cut to length the height you want the bolts to be held up. Make a single cut down the hose so you can put it around the bolt below the head. Once the intake is under the cowl you can remove the cut tubing and let them drop.

Or if you have a big enough rubber band to put around all of them but I never have done it.

I just picked up the socket needed for that oil switch from Kragen. The original price is 9.99, but with my employee discount I got it for $5.
