Default Underdrive Pulley and Big Stereo

Anyone have issues with the the battery charging correctly after installing an underdrive pulley with a big stereo? I have 2600w of amps and an optima battery with a new alternator, but am afraid the battery will not be getting a good enough charge due to the slow spinning alternator. I do have a capacitor but it only helps so much when you are running a few thousand watts...

You need an overdrive alternator pulley.

Does your car have a M6 or A4 transmission, and is the amplifier 2600rms or max/peak power?

IMO, if only peak then do the Big 3, and if needed bump the idle speed up.

I have an overdrive pulley on my power bastards 220a alternator. Not really needed, but yeah. Works well.
