Default My true dual set-up

The car now has LT's with cutout. Switching to a true dual system and thought I'd share my set-up.

I bought an 3" Stainless steel X-pipe off ebay.

I bought 3" Medium power-sticks from Classic Chambered and 3" Resonators that are 12" in length.

And going to get 4" corsa clones off ebay but those are coming after christmas well they are a christmas present, so I will use stock WS6 tips for now.

Will be installed Saturday morning so will post sound clip before and after then.

Can't wait to hear it. I have 5" magnaflow cans on my x-pipe and I'm looking for something a little louder.

So you're going custom 3" over the axle? Make sure to take lots of pics, note clearances/adjustments, and let us know how you like the sound difference.

Okay got the true duals 95% installed today. The guy said to wait on resonators until I get tips. Said he did not want to install resonators and then have to weld in a small piece of pipe to get the tips set correctly. So we just ran pipe all the way out and will just weld tips to resonators when I get them in and will weld in place of the pipe. Well here are the pics if you want any certain angles or have questions let know. The car sounds much deeper and aggressive way. Sounds clips will come soon I can take with iphone but unsure of quality.
All these were taken before final welds were made.

Clearance is great. Most of it is even with subframes. Only part that is lower is on drivers side off the header. The guys were meticulous in getting it right for best ground clearance, no vibrations and aesthetically pleasing. They did a great job I am real happy. The welds are beautiful I will take weld pics when the install the resonators and tips.

The price was not to bad. I was shocked. If you live in the vicinity of savannah ga and want true duals I highly suggest this shop. You tell them what you want and they will build it.

Wow, that looks like one of the best I've seen on here.

Do you mind sharing what shop did it? I've been looking for someone to tackle a similar job but most places try to tell me with an attitude that it can't be done on these cars.

Yes most shops said there is no way and acted like I was crazy even when I told them I had pics and the relocation stuff that allows it. I talked to the guy at this shop and said I bought a panhard relocation kit to allow this to work and have lots of pics. He said if I has been done already I know we can do it. The guy who led the setup has a 98 ss and he had no clue this was possible needless to say after my car left he was going to order the powersticks and run duals on his car. I will PM the shop to you if requested.

Video coming soon!!!

Looks good so far , was wondering why they ran pipe all the out the back if your going to run the resonators. Did you drive it home or did they keep overnight? Can you post up better pics of the intermediate pipes, collector to the X pipe.
