Jason, I have one of these on my LS1, LOVE IT!!!!!!!
But, I have a question; do you have a source, or know of anyone making quality pulleys with USA made Timken, or SKF bearings instead of the Sino-junk they all seem to have pressed in nowadays??
These ALWAYS start whining/chirping a few months after install, and still do this even if I clean them out, and repack them with a GREAT quality grease like Red Line.
Any suggestions?

Not ours. We put these on all the cars we build and they run for years without making a peep. When tensioned properly the bearing should last a long time. The belt only requires 25 ft-lbs of tension, which doesn't feel like much. Over-tensioning can cause premature bearing failure.
