Default AC Capacity Question?

Any one know AC capacities for 98 Z-28? There is no label on the hood. My ac guy is not sure how much freon to put in after I did an H/C install. He put 2 & 1/2 cans in but just cool, not cold.

24 oz or (2) 12 oz cans. There should be a label on the stock air lid if you still have one.

He is a home ac guy who happens to be a friend of mine! He doesn't do many cars, but he has done some for me before and never had a problem. My car doesn't have any labels on it!
I guess I will check with a dealer.

I think your a/c capacities are in your owner's manual. that is where I found mine.

Mine said that it was written on a label on the hood, but the hood has no label.
