The stock bolts should be fine, but the Stage-8's look better, and they will ensure that the bolts never back out. Either way...3 of the headers bolts on each side are a B*tch to get back in.

You can, but my train of thought was to put in new and/or upgrade since it was already apart.

Reused my stock gaskets, work like a charm. I guess if they look shitty after 56k maybe get new ones. Mine looked fine after 42k

I got them when I bought my headers from More Perf. I paid $20. You can pick them up from a sponsor or dealer.

just went and checked on them myself, ordered some new header bolts from gm they comes in a pack of ten only..the total was 14.89 for the ten pack, i only needed two but what the hell. I was gonna order two new gaskets but..18.75 a piece that is for the stock metal gaskets i think ill be using the ones that came with my headers.

sorry camaro ss, i didnt see that you had placed a reply regarding the part number, sometimes you gotta pm me as i forget where i have posted..
FYI the part number is 11515758,they wont tell you the part number if you ask, i guess they dont want you getting online and getting them cheaper. As a matter of fact i paid 14.42 with tax for my "pack" that puts them at 1.32 a piece, you can go to gm parts direct online and it says they list for less and they sell them for .38 cents a piece ..in the ten pack of coarse, thats like 5 bucks plus shipping so however you want to go..good luck

If I had it to do over again I would not have reused the stock bolts. I would have bought new ones. Everytime a bolt is tightened it stretches. No way around it. As for the gaskets the stock ones are metal and cannot go bad. I reused my as per the recommendation of LG Motorsports where I bought my headers.
