Default Kooks Y-Pipe

Has anyone tried the Kooks Headers Y-Pipe part number 224310 on PaceSetter or TSP 1 3/4 Long Tube Headers?

The merge on this y pipe looks really good and it looks like there is enough adjustment to work with just about any header. The pipe is pricey that’s why I was hoping that someone could let me know if it would work with my TSP stainless 1 ¾ LT headers. I guess I could just weld the Flowmaster 4" merge on my PaceSetter ORY and call it a day.

Kook's Y-pipes are made to fit Kook's headers only. With enough chopping and welding, anything can be made to work, but they won't fit right out of the box.

You might as well hack the Pacesetter Y and put on the FM merge. That's what I did with my XS Y (same design as Pacesetter in stainless).

That’s what I’m looking for. Thanks. You didn’t have to cut them up to fit did you?

Thank's. I may give it a try. If it doesn't fit I can send it back.
