They're about $2 at every parts store under the sun.
Cant find it, one of those quick oil change places will put one in for about $10.

That preformed hose might be available from GM dealer. Otherwise any hose, fuel oil, etc that's the correct diameter will work.

If you are talking about the pcv valve line hose, the part number is 12590632. You could always make your own, its not that hard, or you could just buy a new one.
Here is a pic of the part.

make your own setup with a truck PCV. Here's a guide that I wrote.

https://ls1tech.com/forums/generatio...ll-w-pics.html

The guide is actually for catch cans, but you can just do the routing minus cans.

That preformed line is EXPENSIVE from GM.

Thank you roninsonic exactly what i was looking for i did leave the plastic lines in place only thing i did is get a furd 90 degree pcv elbow ,a 3/8 connector, and used 3/8 fuel hose to the hard plastic line. Now i did leave the pcv valve expose a bit and used hose clamps on each end to keep them from coming off. Now is that ok or should i place a 3/4 hose over the pcv??

sorry, haven't been on.

as long as both sides of the PCV are sealed, it should be good. I used the heater hose to seal the big end of the PCV and put the barb fitting in the other part of the hose because it was the cleanest way I could come up with.

Nice! Crankcase vapor control is way under appreciated.

If your talking about the holder for the pcv valve. I took a piece of heater hose that would slide over the big end of the pcv valve and then a male air hose fitting and slid it into the other end of the heater hose then clamped both ends. Doesn't look the best but its functional.
