Ok...sold my ls6 for $600 and picked up a fast 102 for $700 .Will be running ls6 rails and injectors for now. But the big ? Is will this 102 intake with a 90mm be to much for the 5.3? Mods to 5.3 is 243s milled 40k ,tsp 224/581 on a 112 lsa With a built 4l60e.Currently building a 6.0 so the intake is temporary on the 5.3 just want to ride till the 6.0 is ready. Any info or opinions will be appreciated.

Thought you couldnt run the LS6 rails on a Fast 102...no??

That's right, you can't use the ls6 fuel rails you have to use ls2 rails and spacers to fit the ls1 style injectors. Everything else looks good

The 102 is NOT too big. Power is made in the runners, not the size of the TB.

Please tell me where you sold your LS6 intake for 600. I've got one of let go for that price

Ebay man ebay... Lol I sold mine with the rails and injectors for 675 plus shipping. Bare intakes were selling for 550-600 only bad part is ebay takes a portion

Does anyone have a pic comparing a ls1 style runner to a ls2 style runner ware it seals to the head?

why would you want that? No offense but the ls2 is a huge pos lol they both mate up to cathedral heads but its worse than an ls6 and barely better than an ls1

I had the same question on my 5.3 build. The resounding information was it will not only NOT hurt performance, it will undoubtedly improve it! I had an LS2 intake lined up for mine and ended up buying a 102. Not sure how much you'll gain over the LS6 but it surely won't be a step backward.
