Dorman ls2 intake?
Anyword when the dorman ls2 intake will be avaiable? in december, i read an article about the dorman ls6 intake, it said that a replacement for the ls2 would be available in a few months.

Because if it's made like there "LS6" intake it will have a FAST 78/90 lower shell with there own upper sonic welded to it. So unless they completely botch designing and making the top half of the intake it will be 90% as good as a FAST 90 but only cost ~$300 new.

From all the discussion on the Dorman intakes I have gathered they are complete horse ****. Now I don't have any first hand experience with any of them, but I can only deduct from what others who have said.
I hope I am wrong and someone actually does some testing on these to see if they are the real deal cuz that would be a good budget replacement for the FAST intakes.

Well Im going to wait and see if Dorman is going to make a LS2 version. Id like a FAST expert to confirm exactly what the lower shell is. I believe its a FAST 90 . Ive called FAST and they no long support the old 78 or 90. They will only talk to you about there current stuff the black 92 , LSXR 102 and ect.
