help!! torquer v2 stage 3 livernois heads

Default help!! torquer v2 stage 3 livernois heads

hey guys i need some feed back on my set up and im wondering what my numbers would be or if anyone has used the heads i got on there ls1 build
so i have the stage 3 243 heads livernois and a tourquer v2 232/234 595/598 112 lsa will i have clearance issues? what do u guys think its going in a 98 ls1 6speed thanks

With that cam I'm thinking you should be ok, but you better ask Livernois to be sure.

well i called livernois first and they gave me a 232/232 cam but there cam combo is like $1200 and i got a very similar one which is the v2 at Texas speed for $800

Right but they should be able to tell you anyways. IIRC that cam has 2 degrees advance as well so make sure you mention that

I run livernois stage 3 LS6 heads and TSP 233/239.

Looking at what your doing this SHOULD not be a problem.
We are of course going to suggest our products to you for a matched drive a ble combo.
Plenty of customers do their own mix and matching of parts and have good success.

What we would recommend with our product or anyone's is to do proper mock up and make sure all is well.

Degree the camshaft
determine proper pushrod length
check piston to valve
