Default Where do all these vacuum ports go?

I am working on cleaning up the LS6 I got for my swap, and I am trying to figure out where all these ports on the manifold are supposed to go.

there are 2 here:

One on the other side:

and one on the back:

I know the one on the drivers side goes to the EVAP purge solenoid, am I ok to just cap that off on the manifold?

there are also these 2 coolant lines:

As you can see I installed a steam vent kit, which replaced the lines that went to these, are they OK to leave open as well?

backside goes to brake booster
left side goes to EVAP
right side they get looped together

throttle body goes to passenger valve cover

you can either run a line through the two ports on the throttle body from the radiator to the steam line or just cap them off and bypass it.

Thanks for the reply. Since I am not planning on running evap, can I just cap that off as well?
