TB bypass mod question...

TB bypass mod question... I live in southern california, and I drive my car year round. During the winter it never drops below 35 degrees, and never snows in my area. Am I completely safe doing this mod? Thanks...

I went through 3 winters in Minnesota with the mod.
Granted the car wasn't daily driven, it did see as low as -20* went the roads were clean. (Boy, these cars are fast in cold weather too...)
If you have problems where you are, there is something wrong.
