Default Pics of AMW catch can installed

Here are a few pics of my AMW catch can installed with Al's (Dark Age) bracket. Both are top quality pieces, and look pretty cool to boot.

Someone in another thread was also asking for pics of how to run the hoses, so I made sure to get a nice close up of that in the pics. I didn't really get a nice shot of the bracket since it's such a tight space, but it's there.

lose the teflon tape, they are NPT and not needed, I have the same set-up with the bracket, teaspoon of oil after 1000 miles.

Thanks for the tip! I checked mine earlier today, and it had a bit of oil in it after about 500 miles or so. Do you just unclamp the catch can and drain the oil back in the oil fill cap?

Yikes, a few valley guys on the board huh? I have a couple of pics of my car, let me try to post them up.

Thanks for the compliments guys. I hope this helps those who needed help on the hose routing.

What size hose is that on the PCV system/catch can? I heard an air leak tonight and upon inspection I noticed that the PCV to Intake hose had a tear. I sealed it up with some electric tape, but would rather put a new piece of hose on it. Let me know if the markings on the hose supplied with the catch can have any markings on it that indicate the size. thanx.

Since it's the piece after the pcv valve going into the intake, just buy some 3/8" automotive hose and it will get the job done. If it's before the valve, I think you have to buy the entire thing running from the valve cover, since it's one whole piece and a type of hard plastic.

Not a dumb question at all, A catch can is a way of stopping oil getting into the LS1/LS6 intake, doesnt prevent oil consumptions.

Im from Rio Grande City Texas BTW.
