Look how well the dynomax Ultraflo/race magnum mufflers do on this test!!!

I found it strange that the 3" magnum flowed the same as the 3.5" magnum. I expected the borlas to have better numbers.

If you look at the Dynomax web site it says 2200+ and thats why the seem to flow the same...Zed

if i'm reading that right, flowmaster really sucks?
any numbers for the corsa? borla and corsa are separate right?
i may have to dump my old azz flowmasters for something new.

Once again proving my long lost theory that flowmaster sucks. I wonder how the Magnaflows would have favored in this test?

Wish somebody would do a test with some 10 series flowmasters....those are 40 series correct?

the flowmaster 80 series for the f-body flows only 350CFM. hooker crossflow 900 cfm magnaflow crossflow 1100cfm. 3 in. bullets 2200cfm.

FYI, I got curious the other day and put a pressure guage on my exhaust. I have an SLP 2OTL on my car, which runs bottom 11s at over 120. The SLP 2OTL is supposed to be one of the quieter good flowing mufflers. It appears to be straight through, but is quiet enough for an old man like me. Anyway, I had a friend watch the guage (which was 15 PSI full scale) during a pass through the gears and he couldn't read even 1/2 PSI backpressure.
