Sure. If they are not on all the way. Or you happened to get a bad wire.

I don't see there being much of a difference at all unless there is a defect or user error involved.

No your not going to lose power from the wires.

Double check to make sure they are installed correctly.

You should hear/feel a click when the wires are inserted into the coil or onto the plug.

oh they are installed right...just not having time to goto the track (no cage = kicked out) makes me paranoid because ive always track tested all my mods

Are you basing your power loss on a minor change based on the assometer?
