Default Anyone have Mufflex's y-pipe hanger?

Mufflex has a stainless steel/rubber hanger designed to solve the longtube header's y-pipe banging issue. I ran across it on their site the other day and it looked like a high quality piece and could possibly work well for us guys. Certainly seems better then the hose-mod! The hose-mod works well but I consider it more of a "band-aid" then a "fix". I can't seem to keep the hoses in place on my SS, besides the fact that it really looks . I would like to get some input from people that actually have the hangers before I buy them.

Let me know. They online cart at mufflex adds like $12 to ship it to me. I'll pay it if it fixes it but otherwise don't want to waste the money again.

Don't buy direct from Mufflex. Thunderracing is having an exhaust sale. You can get it from them for $37 if I remember correctly..

I dont see why true duals would fix anything. You still have basicly the same pipework from the headers to the x.

Go to a Muffler shop and have them put a hanger on there.

The pipework is similar but how often do you hear ppl. who have TD's complaining about a exhaust banging issue?
