I'd like to know too, as I may be encountering a similar dilemma soon (90mm Fast TB goes on next week- I need to have my options ready if it acts up).

do you have the original provision of the FAST tb? or revised? i was under the impression that with the fixes implemented, the new FAST model was issue free(and damn well should be for $475).

Major surging issues, and now the TPS is acting up. Will not let the tranny downshift when I nail it. Jayson and crew have been fighting it. Granted the shifting issue and surge wasn`t going on anymore when I picked it up. Now its just getting worse!!!

Mine has a slight amount of surge in open loop,I'll take care of that today via tuning.

Once its in closed loop the car idle rock steady at 900rpm and revs freely when u crack the throttle with no surging of anykind.Did u do the peen mod on the shaft and did u drill the set screw into the throttle shaft?

I did the mods that needed to be done and my tb work flawlessly.

I'm glad the mods worked for you. BUT, the fact that you need to mod this new, expensive TB to get it to work right is unacceptable.

If and when mine acts up, it's being sent back right away.

I believe the TPIS is the best buy. I`m taking my car back to MTI Wensday and getting them to take the fast off and put the TPIS on. I`m spray a 150 shot and don`t need the surging issue at all!

The only differences I know of are that the TPIS unit actually lines up with the neck of the intake better than the FAST (scratch head now) and the TPIS does NOT have a provision for the metered air line that connects to the valve cover...

Then why are will still having problems with them. Do they not fix the problem before they sell them. Mine is only 4 days old. I thought they had fix everything. I`m having The same issues everyone else has had!!!!Whats with that. What do you mean dealt with accordingly. !!You buy it, have problems with it. Take it off you car and send it in and we will fix it then. Car is down and the extra cost. Whats with that!!!

is there a website for the TPIS unit and is it also 90mm
when you change the intake for a fast 90mm or TPIS do you also change the Throttle body or leave the stock one on ?
