Well the headers come with everything you need, but considering you are ordering the pacesetters, they come with cheap paper gaskets. I would highly recommend ordering different gaskets for the install, to avoid leaks and such. Good luck with the install.

Just get another set of stock gaskets from your dealership if the ones on your car turn out looking like crap. They aren't too expensive.

New stock gaskets and I would recommend locking bolts for the headers.

If you are keeping the AIR system hooked up and you get a fluttering sound after the install, you may need some restrictor plates: http://riptide63.homestead.com/restrictor.html

In a similar situation, Picked up a set of headers and a ypipe w/cats. Do I need 4 O2 extensions total? or are they just necessary for pre cat or post cat. Any info. would be great.

I orderd Pacesetter LTs from TSP and it came with wires to extend to front 02s to the headers. And reused the stock gaskets.

You also may need 02 sims. It is not neccesary to have them if you can live with the SES light being on.

i ordered the catted y pipe and unfortunately for me they are out of stock for now but at least the headers are on the way and the y pipe should be available in a couple weeks. so i'll hopefully have a good project for the begining of the year.

Like others said, use stock new or used, depending on condition, exhaust gaskets.
Reuse the exhaust manifold bolts. If the ones that came with my Hooker LT's were ****, I don't think the bolts with the pacesetters are any better.

The given bolts are known to back out. We installed them on my brothers car and three of them backed out during a 10 minute ride home from the shop.

Installed locking bolts and no problems since.

I have no idea about those. I used the Stage 8 locking bolts on two cars and they are working fine.
